Tesla Wall Connector delivers convenient Level 2 charging at home. BD selects the connector and charging rate to suit your vehicle and electrical service, then handles wiring, permitting, commissioning and your customer walkthrough.
Up to 11.5 kW
At 240V, charging output reaches up to 48A on a 60A circuit. Actual speed depends on your vehicle’s onboard charger and the installed circuit. Lower-amperage configurations are available.
Connected and convenient
Use the Tesla app to schedule charging and view usage. Wi-Fi supports software updates. Both options have a 24-foot cable and support indoor or outdoor installation.
Sized for your home
BD reviews service capacity and available power-management options before recommending upgrades. Up to 44 miles of range per hour is possible on supported Tesla vehicles; actual results vary by vehicle and circuit.

Wall Connector
A NACS connector for Tesla and other vehicles with a compatible NACS charging inlet. Confirm your vehicle’s AC charging compatibility before ordering.
Universal Wall Connector
NACS charging plus an integrated J1772 adapter. A flexible choice for J1772 vehicles and households with different EV brands.

Tesla Powershare home backup.
A compatible Tesla vehicle can extend home backup with Powerwall 3 and a Wall Connector 3 or Universal Wall Connector. BD evaluates vehicle compatibility, your existing equipment and the electrical configuration before installation.
Confirm eligibility on your vehicle touchscreen under Software > Additional Vehicle Information > Powershare Support. Some earlier Model 3 and Model Y vehicles are compatible; eligibility should be checked individually.
Home charging questions.
Will I need a panel upgrade?
Not always. BD assesses your service, existing loads and charging needs. A lower charging rate or compatible power management may be suitable; upgrades are recommended when the assessment calls for them.
Can you install charging for two EVs?
Yes. We plan connector types, parking positions and available power together, including supported power-sharing options.
Can the charger go outside?
Wall Connector and Universal Wall Connector are rated for indoor and outdoor installation. We select a location with practical cable reach and appropriate protection.
What determines installation cost?
Wiring distance, access, trenching, electrical capacity, equipment selection and permit requirements affect the scope. Your proposal identifies the work included.
Does installing a Wall Connector give me home backup?
Home backup requires an eligible vehicle, compatible equipment and commissioning. A charging circuit alone does not establish Powershare capability. Explore Tesla Powershare.
What warranty applies?
Tesla lists a four-year limited product warranty for normal residential Wall Connector use, subject to its terms. Installation workmanship coverage is defined separately in your BD agreement.
