Responsibilities:
- Consult with potential clients to understand their solar and electrical needs.
- Provide tailored sales solutions to meet clients’ goals for renewable energy and electrical services.
- Build and maintain trust with clients through clear and honest communication.
- Network to expand your customer base and generate new leads.
- Manage your time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets.
- Work evenings and some weekends to accommodate clients’ schedules.
- Leverage technology to streamline the sales process and enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in residential and commercial sales, with experience in solar energy preferred.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for renewable energy.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in software such as Salesforce, Excel, and other sales tools.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
- College degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
